Our education systems focus on teaching us various vocational skills but unfortunately not much attention is given to building life skills. Coaching for personal development is the journey of looking inward, it explores various areas for:

Our social conditioning ties us up in patterns, and through coaching we aim at breaking any patterns which no longer serve us. Using a structured process and tools to gain perspective provide the rocket fuel to get where we need to faster and with more ease. Coaching helps create accountability, remove blocks, transform inertia to live our lives with clarity and more purposefully.
As each journey is unique, and everyone’s goals with coaching are different I first assess where the client is, with an introductory call and then customize an evolving program to embark on the profound adventure of becoming and unbecoming. Some individuals seek coaching to work towards specific goals, whereas others look for holistic transformation. I believe we have within us whatever we need to be successful and content. The key is to leverage the power of our mind to build a foundation of personal and mental well-being.
